He gets a job in a small halva industry, where he learns the secrets of halva production.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7d2362 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b7d2362\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1898<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f9d58b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f9d58b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Matis returns to Trikala and opens a grocery store in the town center. He sets up a simple workshop in an adjacent space and starts preparing small quantities of halva to sell in his store.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f4a209 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1f4a209\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1929<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9cef007 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9cef007\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The initial halva workshop is modernized with the purchase of its first steam boiler. Their halva is found on the shelves of grocery stores and supermarkets all over Greece, as well as exported to 11 countries: Australia, USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland,
